Function Rooms

The 3rd floor multi-function the hotel is dedicated to meetings and banquets, with a ballroom and 11 multifunction rooms that can accommodate from up to 800 guests in a variety of room configurations. All rooms feature the latest state-of-the-art audio-visual system, portable stage, broadband high-speed Internet access, and LCD projectors with an on-site audio-visual expert, if required.

There are 2 function rooms, Diamond I and Diamond II, located on the 2nd level of the Main Building.

The following 10 function rooms are located on the 3rd level:

Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is situated opposite to Diamond III and Diamond IV and has three entrances. It is beautifully decorated with beige wallpaper, elegant brown carpeting trimmed with floral rings, and has 10 crystal chandeliers. The 5.4-meter-high ceilings make it ideal for weddings and other social events, seminars, cocktail receptions, buffets, fashions shows, and it can be used as an exhibition hall.

Boardroom

The Boardroom is located in the 3rd floor of the Main Building, situated next to Diamond IV. It has windows overlooking Zhong Shan Park and is ideal for executive meetings.

Diamond I

Diamond I is located in the Main Building, situated next to Mayfair Café. It has a window overlooking Zhong Shan Park and is ideal for meeting, cocktail receptions, or dinner functions.

Diamond II

Diamond II is located in the Main Building, next to Diamond I. It has windows overlooking Zhong Shan Park and is ideal for meeting, cocktail receptions, or dinner function.

Diamond III

Diamond III is located in the Main Building, next to Diamond IV. It has windows overlooking Zhongshan Park and is ideal for meetings, cocktail receptions or dinner functions.

Diamond IV

Diamond IV is located in the Main Building, between the Boardroom and Diamond III. It is the hotel's third largest function room and has windows overlooking Zhong Shan Park. It is ideal for meetings, cocktail receptions, buffets, and dinner functions.

Diamond V

Diamond V is located in the Main Building next to Jade room. It has windows overlooking Dingxi Road and is ideal for breakout rooms.

Jade I-Jade V

Jade I-Jade V are located on the 3rd floor of the Annex Building. They are next to each other and are all the same size with the same ceiling height. The Jade foyer windows overlook bustling Ding Xi Road. They are ideal for conferences, small cocktail receptions, or dinner functions.
